Do you recognise this man? (Photos in the below link) We would like to speak to him in connection with a report of racially aggravated public order on a bus between Portchester and Fareham. During the incident, which occurred between 9.04am and 9.19am on Saturday 18 April, it’s reported that an unknown man repeatedly racially abused and threatened the victim – a woman aged in her 20s. Whilst abusing the victim, the man also recorded her on his phone. The man we would like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as; • White We believe the man in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows him identity, to get in touch with us.
